Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm ET or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates & carriers

Orders ship from the United States via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
A flat $4.95 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels early. If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at support@ancestica.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
